The co-creation workshop is a collective work session. It gathers all the actors of the project (designer, product owner, customers) and the final users. With the objective of finding solutions together and collaborating to create.

Co-creation is based on a fundamental principle, the belief that the end user is paramount in the creative process. The latter can then share what is important to him. And thus, redefine the question and the hypotheses formulated by the working groups. These workshops last a minimum of two hours. They take the form of collaborative workshops between the different departments, the ergonomist, the designers, the POs, the users, the directors. Everyone will generate solutions, together, by varying approaches and points of view. This situation is made possible by the multiplicity of roles present in the workshop. Co-creation also induces an equal relationship between all and collaborative work. It promotes constructive thinking and dialogue to involve all members. The consultant/facilitator plays a central role in this workshop. Indeed, he is the point of union between the different professions, personalities and points of view.
This workshop is structured in several phases: An introduction. Often animated with an Icebreaker, to get acquainted. And allow each participant to open up to others and to suggestions. One or more activities. Among which we can find the “six to one” or the “design the box”. A Global Synthesis. Which finalizes and concludes the workshop.
During this workshop, the facilitator collects ideas and documents the workshop. All workshop materials are provided by the Villa des Conquérants teams, including boards, notepads and post-it notes, vital elements of the workshops. But also more original objects, like colorful hats, LEGOs, or quiz buttons. Our specialists adapt to your problems and are familiar with the issues raised by your business. Each of our consultants is specialized in facilitation techniques.
